Why Does My Dog Lick My Legs After I Get Out Of The Shower. He has water in his bowl so its not like hes thirsty Haha. At times my dog will lick my legs when Im wearing lotion or after I. My dog is always licking my legs after I get out of the shower too maybe to help groom me. With that being said there are many reasons why your pooch feels the need to lick your legs.

Some dogs lick their front legs when coming home from a walk or right after eating dinner and for some other dogs paw licking may be part of their bed-time routine but then you have dogs constantly licking those front paws as if dealing with a hard-to-get-rid-of habit almost as addicting as the smoking or gambling seen in humans. If your dog is licking your legs after you get out of the shower its a safe bet to assume they are doing this to lap up the extra drops of water on your skin. Is it JUST my dog. No idea why this happens I guess human skin must be quite yummy. When you arrive home from work youll be greeted by a big slobbering lick from mans best friend. Theyre silly but its all out of love.
